FiSCA Statement on Treasury Secretary Mnuchin's Report: Providing Relief to the Non-Bank Industry Essential to Creating Jobs

The Financial Service Centers of America (FiSCA) today issued the following statement on the release of Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin’s report on the financial regulatory system to the president:

“FiSCA applauds Secretary Mnuchin and the Trump Administration for their continued commitment to protecting Americans’ rights to access essential financial services, reversing burdensome regulations, and expanding economic opportunity. In particular, FiSCA welcomes the Secretary’s attention to the egregious overreach of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB); and we hope that the Administration will use this report as a roadmap for reigning in the CFPB.” said Ed D’Alessio, Executive Director of FiSCA.
