In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the consumer financial services industry, the Financial Service Centers of America (FiSCA)  and the Community Financial Services Association of America (CFSA) jointly issued the following statement on behalf of FiSCA Executive Director, Ed D’Alessio, and CFSA Chairman, D.
